Alley Cats Review
Alley Cats is right up my alley---well---at least the game really tickles my funny bone---wait, never mind, can't make this sound right. The only thing it doesn't do or have besides walk, is to not have a "wild" symbol. But the game is so engaging you wont notice or care. Yes, it's your 5 reel, 9 payline game---but it has 37 winning combinations, 5 crazy cats, a tied-up chihuahua (heh-heh) a "scatter" and TWO bonus games.
There is some major word play goin' on with a back, garbage can alley and , at the same time it's a bowling alley. The "scatter" icon is a bowling ball striking 3 pins and the word "strike" above them. These icons can pay 2x (3), 10x (4), and a 100x with 5 "scatter" icons. Man, those are some fat cat payouts!! At the same time, this symbol triggers your choice of either 20 free spins or the beautifully animated bonus screen where you pick out several items for the cat to aim the bowling ball at and each has an award underneath. (Is this what my cats do while I'm gone? I've often wondered how they trash the place worse than rock stars on a rampage!!!)
