The first thing that caught our attention about Chiefs Fortune Slots is its playability. It may only be a 3 reel slot machine, but everything about it was appealing.
The calming aura of its colour scheme; the versatility of it symbols that adequately keep to the theme throughout and its high winning percentage, meant that even though the betting options are only $3, you just keep on winning.
Next is it sound affects.
Forget waiting to hear the sound of change rolling in the slot machine, instead it stays with its theme, keeping it continually relaxed and fun to play.
Wild Symbol
Keeping with the slot machines ‘Chief’ theme, the designers haven’t swayed away from it. Making it its wild symbol, players can use this symbol as a substitution for other symbols within the game.
Now whilst this was not the most original ways of using this wild symbol, it was still useful for keeping players interested and their winnings substantial.
Bonus Game
We really enjoyed this part of the game, partly because it was so hilarious to play. To trigger it you need to get the bonus symbol 5 times (pictured as an arrow). Unlike the rest of the game this was harder to achieve, but once you start getting them watching the arrow shoot across the screen into a target made it fun to watch.
And once you get these 5 arrows, here’s where the silliness starts. Taken to a new screen where you have to dress the chief in a variety of clothes to win.
To play you simply press the spin button and clothes appear within a scroll box. All of the clothes have different coin amounts which you can see on the screen. Now the funny part of this game is the kinds of outfits you end up dressing the chief in in order to win bigger prizes.
And considering the theme of the overall game, this was an inventive game that enabled you to bring a variety of cultures onto the screen.
