For starters, the interface isn’t inviting. Without a solid platform to welcome players, Dream will have a lot to overcome. Still, with such a good selection of games and other important factors, it’s possible that Dream will stand out if they can do what they can to meet player expectations and work to correct any problems with their software platform immediately. Most of the time, new poker rooms will have to use trial and error before they can become a strong force in the poker community.

Right now, one of the best things Dream has going for them would probably be their signup bonuses. Various bonus options give a player numerous choices. 25%-120% bonuses allow players to capitalize on the opportunities before them.
Sign-up bonuses are attached to terms and conditions. Players will need to play a set numbers of raked hands before they qualify for their bonus dollars. Only after the player meets this requirement will he be able to receive the bonus. After qualifying for the bonus to be released, the player will see four increments of the amount released.
A very strong plus swinging in favor of Dream Poker is that the bonus never expires which is important to those players who typically have a couple of rooms where they play ongoing. Another advantage is that the bonus will begin to show in the player’s account within 24 hours of the player earning it.

The game variety is very good with No-Limit games beginning at $.25 / $.50 and stakes go up to $10.00 / $20.00 games in ring games with limit games much higher. It is hard to find a full ring game of Limit Hold’em.
The room probably ranks the highest among Omaha players. These players play on available tables and see around 75 hands per hour. The flop percentage is around 64%.
The availability of No-Limit and Pot Limit games in short handed Hold’em games receives an excellent rating. There are plenty of games for those days and nights where the crowd is a little heavier.

The Dream “team” offers good support. They provide a response time of about an hour which isn’t impressive but follow up is good and the customer service reps are knowledgeable. They can help with technical issues, deposit and withdrawal concerns, game questions and other concerns. The customer support is available by e-mail which is a drawback because there isn’t phone support at this time. However, more and more virtual poker rooms are cutting out the use of telephone customer service.
Deposit options include NeTeller, Instacash, Firepay, Moneybookers, Ucash, Use My Bank and Click2Pay. Cashouts are available by NeTeller, Moneybookers, Ukash, Firepay, Use My Bank and Click2Pay. The room has been found to be relatively fast on cashing out their player requests.

Summary
Overall, this poker room has a lot of potential. It hasn’t began to meet its full capacity as of yet but with experience, they should be well on their way to becoming a mainstay in the virtual poker community. The fact that management has experience in online gaming doesn’t hurt because with the executives they have in place at Dream Poker, players are hopeful the room can offer them another avenue where they can find a good game of internet cards. Since the people behind Dream Poker have the know-how, capturing the player’s attention and then keeping it should be their focus.
One of the things we really liked about Dream Poker was the fact that players could use their player rewards for trips and other incentives outside the poker room environment they offer. Players can earn trips to play poker in Las Vegas as well as other rewards.
While we aren’t extremely impressed yet, we think many players will be. We also anticipate being very fond of the room once it has some age on it and all of the quirks typically seen in a new room have been ironed out. After some time on the poker scene, we look for Dream Poker to offer something a little bit different. They’ll be a good addition to the online world of poker.
