Player Volume/Traffic
A large percentage of the poker tournaments offered by PKR are freerolls which is one reason we think their tournament traffic may be short on players at this time. While freerolls are good, they should never dominate the tournament schedule and at one time, this was the case at PKR. However, even though the tournament traffic isn’t great, the ring game traffic is beginning to pick up which is a positive because some of that traffic should carry over to the poker tournaments offered.
The room is still new so the poker players will find their way to this site. However, PKR executives should be a bit more proactive in getting the players to the site because we believe once the player finds their way to PKR, they’ll typically be a life-long player. The gaming graphics are enough to keep the player well satisfied and if they can get their game selection to where it needs to be, then they shouldn’t have a problem entertaining their poker players.

Software
The PKR software offers detailed features and upgrades, a very neat background for the playing environment the player wants, character animation and vocal expression, and other features. While some say they don’t like the option of choosing to look at their hole cards manually, we found this to improve the playing experience after we began to get used to it.
We found the software at this poker room to be more realistic than any other poker room online today. In fact, there isn’t another poker room online that gives the player a more realistic environment than PKR.com. We think you’ll be very impressed because this poker room does bring to the platform a most life-like playing environment.

Check out PKR for the following reasons if for no other reason worthy of mention. The players are able to do some pretty neat stuff at the table. For instance, if they are upset with a hand they get, they can cry. They can clap their hands when they win or when they just want to clap their hands. Players are able to create the neatest and most diverse avatars online today. They can dress their avatar and choose a hair style or any facial expression. It really is super cool!
We liked their poker school too. While some of the online poker rooms offer a poker school, many offer a short crash course some of us find to be a waste of time. PKR doesn’t waste the player’s time but instead does things to encourage the player to take a more honest look and approach to their poker playing skills. Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced playing skills are taught at the PKR poker school.

The competition is very loose at this poker room, typical of the newer rooms. However, this is expected to change very quickly as more and more seasoned players find their way to this poker room. We think the seasoned players will play here. When they find it, we feel like these players will stick around and the competition will be a bit more skilled and the sharks will swarm looking for the more inexperienced players or fish to surface.
