Its a toughy. I would imagine they have seized all american based money. So i would imagine if you leave it in the client its yours but as soon as you try to withdraw it you may have problems.
Dont quote me on that though.
I would say your safer option would be to transfer it to someone else and have them pay you another way. Maybe a direct transfer to paypal,neteller, moneybookers etc without it coming from the poker site they cant touch it
just to be safe....
