If someone calls you a donk for going allin with QQ vs A7 then nobody needs to say anything in reply. Anyone who's ever turned a card knows who the donk is there.
It can get a bit nasty at times when someone goes down in flames but most of the time i have a laugh with it. See how much damage you can do to their blood pressure with as few words as possible. 
The last resort of the braindead tool is the old 'your mama etc...' Shows both their age and IQ in one brief sentence....both usually sub 30.
