I think it's genius and a pretty innovative move by full tilt. Now you don't have to run to the bathroom missing a hand or two on another tourney. Many people multi sngs, and some people only settle to play cash games during an MTT to multitable because they are afraid that at one point, they'll have to miss out on a big hand before sync breaks.
