Seems like when I play tournaments, the big stacks make a lot of loose calls. They can afford to take a hit and will bet with inferior cards or sometimes with air. Trouble is, it seems they hit an out more often than odds dictate, and bang, I'm out with my aces beat by two pair or something...In your case it was plain bad luck, but it seems to happen a lot. seems like more...It all comes down to this: If you play good poker, you will get many more bad beats put on you, than you put on you opponents....
