can the carbon rep please explain why i did not recieve any sort of a bonus when i signed up to carbon and deposited.i know that as a poker.com member i would not get new player bonus but why did i not qualify for reload bonus.as wass was running a tourney on carbon i had to sign up to play.feel a bit let down as i could just have deposit twice at poker .com and got bonuses.

you need to be fully active in this forum with more than 50 quality posts and not just one liners or few words

if you are chosen to play in a team then you will then get the password for the days play

also this thread was about reload bonus not about playing in our freerolls, please make sure you direct your questions in the appropriate threads next time

I have the same problem. I used all kind of Coupon codes and they told me that I can't use them or they are invalid, but they were posted on the news pages.
