Not getting any bonus

I have deposid 3 times on Carbon. Did not get my first deposit bonus so I contacted the livesupport and they said I had not put a bonus code in when i deposited the first time, and since i had not done that I could not get any bonus. They told me to try a reaload bonus next time i deposited, well did that and got the message i was not eligble for that bonus either. Well no deposit bonus... Any help ???

When they refused my deposit bonus I used the power of wass I told them I was a member and without the bonus I wouldn't deposit, they were very nice and gave me the bonus straight away. But reading others comments I think I was very lucky. Only advice really is to send them a nice email it may work

I so hate to nagg for a bonus lmao............ just got a wee bit p...off since for once I put a lot of money into a site first time..... I can handle it just made me wonder..... I'll just have to let it go this time, to much hazzel for me to send e-mails and beg...... I'm lazy lol much easier to cry about it here and move on LMAO

Ive been trying to deposit on poker.com for a couple days now. I had withdrawn the majority of my balance out. Left some in to play as you do. But its the funny old withdraw and get fucked senario. Cant win a hand since my withdrawal lol.

So i have been trying to deposit again with the code SUPERSEAT. I dont need the super seat entry im already in the final i just want the 75% bonus that it says you can use as many times as you like during the promotion.

It tells me im not eligible everytime i try to deposit. I emailed support on Friday night i think it was where they said you can only use the bonus once. When i pointed them to the website that says it can be used as many times as you like they said they would sort it out.

Still cant deposit using the code so i have contacted support again.

Im starting to give up. If i dont hear back today that i can deposit with the code i wont be depositing at poker.com again. Well this month anyway. Im in two minds whether to bother anyway as the site hates me soooooooo much.

Think im just gonna try make a balance to play with off the 50k tonight (not that im expecting much) and maybe deposit elsewhere. Ive been in 2 minds about depositing on cake to play msmaxims game tonight but thats another site i hate that just gobbles my money so i doubt it will happen.

Looks like im going to revert back to the good old faithful Ladbrokes. Its been awhile since i have played there but this site never lets me down. You dont start getting donked when you withdraw which is always a good thing..
