Hi there!

Well, it's been 3 weeks. At that time ePassporte mysteriously was dropped as an option for deposit/withdrawal. Live chat said to check back in a few days...which I did....many times and the response from live chat has always been the same. Today, same song and dance. I mean how long does it take to load a program and put up a link? Is Carbon in a bit of financial trouble? Are they trying to slow down USA withdrawal requests?

So, I guess my main questions are...Why was the option dropped in the first place? 2. What in god's name are the "technical" issues that are being resolved to bring back ePassporte?...Is there anything I can do to help?...Plug in the server?...lmao!...and lastly, specifically, WHEN will it become avail again????????????

Hi all,

As you may or may not be aware, we have had to pull ePassporte as a payment option in the past week. This is due to the fact that ePassporte has enforced a rule whereby they will not deal with any companies that offer casino games.

Because we offer these types of games (blackjack, video poker, roulette etc) on top of our poker games, we have had no choice but to suspend this payment option for the time being until a resolution can be reached.

I do apologize for the late explanation of this. I have been attempting to get a straight answer as to why this option was suspended and did not want to post vague information before I knew the facts.

Well thanks so much for the info! Perhaps letting the folks in live chat have the same information would be helpful too. I for one would have been very satisfied with that response initially, instead of being led to believe it was a situation the technicians were working on that should be resolved in a few days, week, after week. Thanks again for clearing it up.
