Question about a possible software issue

Just curious is someone knows a fix for a problem I have just every now and then. Playing sit n go's or tournies when I am sucked to the table to begin either I get pulled in and the screen is all black but names are visible. This does not happen in the ring games, only when I am pulled in a game at start up.

It doesn't happen everytime or even everyday, just happens enough to be bothersome. Is there something I can do to resolve this? Is this a poker.com issue or possibly my pc?

Any help would be appreciated.

Its something to do with ur graphics I believe, its happened to me a few times. Just close the table then reopen & all will be fine

I did finally get the courage up to close out of carbon completely and then open it back and get to my table. That did clear up the issue ~ when I came back everything was as it should be. Ijust didn't know if it was a personal computer issue that I could tweak and fix or just one of those odd things that happen every now and again.

Speaking of things that happen there, does anyone have an issue when deciding to call / raise / fold your choice doesn't register even after clicking it several times. This seems to happen to me frequently. I do usually explain to the table my choices aren't registering, it ticks me off though ~ so I know it bothers hte others at the table. I use an optical mouse, but when the batteries need changed the mouse acts drunk, I do not believe its because of the mouse. Also when it begins to happen I then use the touchpad on the laptop and I still have the same issue.

It doesn't keep me from playing just wondering if this happens to anyone else and if there is an update or a patch available to resolve.

It may b worth sending an email off to support on carbon with the probs ur having & hopefully they will advise you better. If u aint sure where to go to email its in Player Admin. Good Luck

I never see anyone else mentioning it (hand choice registering) so I think it might be this pc... but it is a new decent model. I never thought about emailing support but hopefully will think to do so when logging in tonight. I know they were pretty decent explaining to me about belonging to .comand making the switch to the carbon skin ~ they even offered to validate/activate my female status if I let them know I had changed, which I thought was decent.
