Default help me wassers-lady in need here

hi everyone i was told by my hubby that i should post in here with this problem that i am having with carbon.here goes.

im a new depositing player at carbon and was suppost to receive the 30 days of freerolls so i thought.its not till today that my husband realized this.but still only 9 days after i first deposited.but there no coupon thingie.

so i decided to talk to live support and they told me they couldnt guarentee that i would receive it.but they have sent the quary to a repreval department????(not sure what that is) where i would here from someone regarding my account problem through my software(not sure what he ment by that either) the tech said?????????

heres some screenshots(thanks to my hubby dittodeano)to back up my case.can someone tell me if im wrong?cause i dont think i am.

Its hard to tell. I would give them a chance to fix it. If they don't within 48 hours just go back to live support again and make the same complaint. They will fix it. They are very good at doing the right things for their players.

Its one of my favorite sites to play at.

hi ms ditto, the problem can be that you are on the same ip-address as your husband, and if he has an account on carbon, they assume that he is making a second account.
just send them a email to explain that you are a new player and the wife of mr ditto, that will clear it all.
I had the same problem with my wifes account also.

First thanks Kjons for your responce.i'll be waiting for there responce.see you at the tables soon enough once i get active.

Yea dean and i both do have carbon accounts and do play on the same comp but obviously under different email accounts too.and we thought the same as you do oldgreywolf.but dean has never deposited there but i have.i hope they do figure it out...those freerolls look like fun.

Me and Emma both have accounts at .com and carbon. We both have deposited and both got the first deposit tokens etc. We both have different e-mail addess which are the seame apart from the first word and both use same computer. so it is possibe. and we never had to contact support to get the stuff

it also can be that you don't get the bonus because you already have a com accoount ?
i did not get any bonus on my nordica and duke accounts because i already had a com account.

I have always been happy with the .com/carbon support. Each time I have had a question they have answered prompt. Recently I did open a carbon account only because I thought it was necessary to play some of the games wass has (found out I could access through .com) I do know if a .com exists for you ~ they will not honor the first time deposit bonus /new player freerolls if you deposit on carbon. Not sure if this applies to you or not. If you do not have a .com account I would be certain they will look into the matter and make the appropriate tweaks so that you can take part in the bonues offered as well as the freerolls. If the person you are dealing with doesn't assist ~ just like kjons said try again in 48 hours. Eventually you will get with someone who can get things worked out. Looking forward to seeing you at the tables Let us know the resolve, please.

I just wanted to update everyone and say that support at Carbon was great i received my coupon within 24 hours, and i have been playing in the freerolls. Thanks for all the responses here also, its nice to know that other poker players are out there to help with my issues. I gotta say though there sure are some donkeys in those freerolls, haha.
