Exclamation Carbon Admin Page Problems!

Hi all!

As you know the March Madness is running and it was very fine for me seeing the Rainbow Growing till Tuesday.

Than i always have the problem that i canīt log in my Admin Page, canīt open the Support page and i donīt see my Freeroll Eligibility.

So, i canīt open any https://secure.carbonpoker.com/************** pages and i know that also other players can not open this sites.

Does anyone know when this problem will get fixed?

I have to say, the system is running, i got my first 20$ for reaching 10K points in March but i wanna see all my pages again.

Every help would be very appreciated,

Here is the response I got from Carbon Poker through email. Working in I.T. myself, I find it unbelievable that their website can be broke for a week. The poker software works fine so I suppose that is all they are worried about. It is very frustrating to try to get into these freerolls by earning points and you can't even check your status on the webpage. I really hope they get this straightened out. After winning some money on their site, I was ready to make a deposit so I can start withdrawing my winnings. However, if they can't keep their software operating properly, I don't know if I can trust them any more. They also had some kind of problem in the poker software earlier this week. It temporarily wiped out the accolades, stars, and avatars for some reason. >

Furthermore, I think it is just bad Customer Service that Carbon Poker does not even tell you they have a problem and you have to find out issues like this at your own inconvenience.

Besides the Carbon Poker home page, all other links come up in error or ‘Cannot find server’.
