Connection Problems
Carbon Poker (and all the other poker sites in their networks) released an update a short while ago. Ever since this time I have been having connection problems. For instance, I will hit my button such as 'Bet' or 'Fold' and my time keeps running out as if I did nothing at all. Now today it is even worse. I am getting completely disconnected from my games and my 'green status' light goes to empty, EVEN THOUGH other poker software and Internet Explorer windows continue to operate. I have Comcast High Speed (very high speed) broadband internet and I know that I am not using all my bandwidth. So after sending 3 emails to Carbon Poker and getting nothing but automated responses, I would like to know is anyone else having these problems? I have the same issues if I am playing on Poker.com or even Wasspoker.com. Usually I must say that Carbon Poker's Support is very timely in their responses but not on this time.
If anyone else is having these problems or knows what is causing these problems, please let me know. My opinion is that they are having software issues because almost everyday I am getting updated when I open the poker program. But I would like to know for sure if it is just me OR something else.
