.com update password change issue

Hoping someone can get me sorted. I was looking into Baumi's league of nations game ~ couldn't enter the forum at .com. Haven't been able to forever so finally had admin help me with that. Prior to them getting me sorted they asked me to request password change and log in using email address and the newly generated password. That didn't work so a supervisor did something manually that permitted me entry to the forum (that runs slower than a plugged loo by the way)

Well after my password was changed an update patch was generated. My account was set to autologin... guessing because the password now isn't the password the patch cann't update. What does a person do when they have chosen auto login, their password was changed and they now can't login and can't accept the patch? I'm locked out have been for 2 days and have a wee bit of money on there that I really don't want to lose.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Dori, is it the forum password or the software? I assume the software. I'm gonna PM u my MSN addy and will try get it sorted for u in a few hours when their admin comes on mate.

After about 2 years of trying through .com customer support I can now get in their forum and I can also get back on .com
