CD Poker...Can you see the next card comming?

It may be bad luck, not just on my part, but the turn and the river
seem to pull a lot of weight on this site these days?

Or is it just me?

It seems we will keep losing if we still have the idea that AA, KK, QQ or similar pocket hands are strong hands!!!! who ever said that??? bring that person to ipoker and sit him on a table...

Strong hands are 2-7os, 5-9, 10-2 those are the hands that will hit str8s, FHs, even 4 of a kind!!

so its not the site... its the way we learned poker... it was all wrong...

LOL, when will people ever learn? AA KK QQ are only "strong hands" BEFORE THE FLOP. If you allow people to play 10 2, 2 7 and 5 9 against them, YOU WILL SOMETIMES GET BEATEN, Bet your monsters, and rag hands will fold..... its ABC FFS, and not a conspiracy by gaming sites directed at you. If you play your hands weakly, you will get rivered, and deserve it

No they won't, and yes they hit very often !

7 4 is the best hand on iPoker. There number of full house flops i have seen with this hand is unbeliveable.

I don't think that is the poker room that makes the difference, bloody rivers come out in live games that you can watch on TV as well..People will never get used to it, but poker is gambling after all, losing is just a part of the game; if the strongest hand always won it wouldn't be as exciting as it is!

Wise words. I strongly doubt there is some sort of conspiracy at hand as well, however, the number of times (on iPoker) that someone gets a magic card to save them on the turn/river is higher than variance should allow.
Agreed that AA KK .. will not guarantee a win, statistically they should win more often that not. I have played roughly ~300 sng's on iPoker, a tiny sample size compared to others here I'm sure, yet the number of times I've seen people with 1 or 2 outs beat dominated hands by a lucky card on the river seems a bit excessive.

Any other opinions/experiences? Wondering if it's just me and my small sample size, or that that sneaky dealer on iPoker does occasionally pass a card underhand?

Well, there's a lot of people who even play all-in preflop with cards like 72o, 93o or similar trash hands, so it doesn't matter if you play agressivly
