i have just been playing the $3 freezeout on cd i was in 92nd place with only 1053 chips left and it crashes on me, the blinds was 400/800 the blinds about 4 hands away been sat here just over 2hours,when i finally get back in im out in 82nd place,top 80 get paid what a crock of shit, i ask support what happened they said they had a shutdown and all players will be refunded ok,its a start but what about the 2 hours i had been sat there,i could have gone on to get placed higher,it happened to me a couple of weeks ago in the same game i got back in and was still in went on to finishes 4th it sat me out of about 20 hands i won 132 or so dollars or 123 i cant remember now so im sorry cd this is not good enough im very dissapointed with you.thankyou for reading my rant.

I know the feeling Paul, I find it happens a lot in the early hours on CD. I have contacted live support on a couple of occassions and asked for a token for another game as compensation for my time, some staff will give you one and some wont, worth a go. Also if you reload make sure you go to live support before reloading and ask what they have on offer for reloading. Got 3 tokens last month.
