Listen to Arturio: This is a cookie problem, and not to do with support:

1. find the cookie relating to the site/log-in:
2. save it.
3. flush the others.
4. re-start.
5. put yr cookie back.
6. and just maybe.............
7. everything works.

But I have recently learnt that cookies can be passively "trapped" so be careful. If you have pots of cash on a poker site, best to write or remember your log-in details, (A pain, I know), and manually log in every time. Otherwise a bored nerd like me might be trying things out..... and have access to your account. (This is quite easy BTW)

I use to play at cd poker allot when I started to play poker first and lost a few bucks there.

I played in a invite tourney there few days ago and forgot that I was registered but when I signed in I still had 800 chips left and eveyone at the table was sitting out besides this one guy who was stealing everyones blinds so I wait for a hand and steal the blinds and double up from the over aggressive player that was there and end up with 2k.A message then pops up saying they are taken me to another table I hit the ok button and nothing happens.I wait a min or two but didnt take me anywheres so I go to the lobby and look my name up there and it says I was out off the game in X place.I try to get online support but no answer.I sent them an email they said I got disconnected but I disagree because if you get dissconnected you dont loose your chips.YOur chips are still there and you are put as a player that is sitting out.I also signed out and signed back in but still couldnt play because it was saying that I got elimated from the tourny when I wasnt I still had 2k left and wasnt diconnected because I could look in the lobby and could off easly join another game if I wanted to but this is the only problem I had with them.

It was an invite tourny so I didnt loose any money but still was curious as to why this happened.

I really can't understand why they have this username / nickname thing. On all other poker rooms I play, I have a unique name. This can only cause trouble, I'm not able to find out what would be the advantage in that...
