auto fill username / password

ok this is twice in a month, open cdpoker auto login doesn't work, incorrect password, retry with my 'common poker' passwords locked out, I know my passwords so either the password I was given and copy pasted into the account login has stopped working or they just don't want me there as I haven't deposited for a while, whatever teh reason I would appreciate the CD rep letting me know how long I should wait for a reply from support@cdpoker.com it's been an hour and the auto response says Very soon!

LOL good luck with that. When the same thing happened to me I never ever got a response from them. zedmaster and bubbles sorted it for me in the end and that was after I was locked out for almost 3 weeks.

you'll be happy to hear I still have no reply and although CD was my absolute favourite site and took me through my learning process to the point I have started playing slightly bigger stakes, I am now considering stopping altogether, carbon is too hmm I don't know what word to use really, shite isn't right as some of the games and options are brilliant, it's just the realisation you're going to lose 9 times out of 10 if the other player is chip leader.. many many other sites I have played have just not been up to the job for tourney play (I prefer tourney, that's how I started online and continues to be my preferd game). when I updated my PC i decided I would have no more than 3 poker systems installed at any one time, I also decided that ones i rate less than 5 out of 10 never get on ... I had a LOT of sites on my old PC, poker.com and cd are the only 2 I kept for the new one, i have added wass and am still not sure if that counts as a new one, the arguement ends tonight if i don't get this sorted as i will have a spare slot for a new one when cd goes

It seems to be an ipoker thing - Tony G, Titan & Noble have had similar problems.

we are available 24/7 lol 24 days in a month for 7 minutes at a time

actually when im logged into cd and i need to speak to support they answer me within seconds

dont know why anyone else has a problem

Great job ! There support people are a treat. I just deposit in US funds and they flipped it to Euro so they could get more money from me and won't resolve the issue. Nice way to welcome a new depositor.

I had similar problem with cd. Couldent log on and then tried to change password but couldent. This happened over weekend when support was hard to get so e mailed and got reply they would look and get back. I wasent on for a few days but no reply to e mail.

Went to support online and it was sorted in 5 mins.

Guess mabye its the luck of the draw... and thats poker aint it !!!!!
