baffled with this one

i have recently requested a withdrawl from cd poker...today it was back in my account and i received an email from their support...ill post a copy of the email with their reasons for declining my withdrawl...what confuses me is although i did recive the poker school bonus it was way back when i joined cd....and ive had several withdrawls honoured without any probs since then....

We have declined your withdrawal request, because you did not comply with our conditions for players who received the (£30.00) Poker Room School bonus. And also the £5 Instant bonus. This includes making a deposit after the bonus given and accumulating a minimum 6600 points. Note that the withdrawal amount was credited back to your account.
Please take note that the two conditions must be meet and we regret to inform you that even if you withdraw your initial deposit we will still decline your withdrawal request.
So far, you have to accumulate (6128,9) points and make a deposit. Once you have completed the requirements, you can resubmit your withdrawal request and it will be processed as soon as possible.

dump the cash to a mate on a ring table.. (pastieman is very trusted by me) do it all preflop no rake no loss.. then the person who can withdrawl does so and either dumps back to u on another site or transfers to ur moneybookers/ neteller whichever u use..

you might have been able to withdraw before because your withdrawal left at least £30 in your account which was deemed as a bonus.

Once your withdrawal goes below the £30 it will be declined.

I know on merge sites if you get bonuses or someone transfers money you cant withdraw if your withdrawal will take you below a certain amount until the money clears.

eg if you have $30 on merge and someone transfers you $30 you cant withdraw $40 because it will take you below your initial $30

its not laundering when its a taxable service.. $30 per transaction.. current exchange rate is good business

if what they say is correct i have no problem with their actions...it cant be due to me attempting to withdraw an amount which would leave my balance below $30 as ive allready withdrawn 3 or 4 times leaving less than $5 in my account.....it could be ive simply slipped through the net with my previous withdrawls but i find that highly unlikey...im going to try again and if it fails ive decided to have a blow out on cd on the cash tables and see if i cant clear it....nothing to lose eh...thanks for the replies..
