I want to know if the US ok's online poker will Cd be available to U S players again and how long will it take?

Not soon enough in my book. This has been dragging for years. Sometime soon hopefully. U.S. needs tax revenue and online poker is maybe what the doctor ordered. We'll see.

I'm worried that if they do change the laws in the US, and tax poker, it will ruin the online game as we know it. I say just repeal the UIGEA and it will be legal like it was before 2006. It was working great until the UIGEA got passed (attached to another bill and snuck through Congress in the early morning hours...) Hey, if it ain't broke don't fix it! If the government gets into it, it can ony suck....I think it will be worse than it is now.

if they put a limit on the amount you win before having to pay Tax then i could be workable. Some thing like a Tax free allowance with work.
Also remember if you area professional poker player and poker is your sole income your supposed to declare yourself for Tax purposes as a self employed person
