When you hear of his back ground and what he has come through, he treats life and his poker as a free roll and so has no fear on the tables. If you watch the whole of this tourny this is typical of his style. He played to win and knew to do this me had to gambler at times.

there's playing to win & there's playing bingo. Who calls an all in with J 10, or a weak flush draw. Thats just idiot play.
If u watched him the WSOP TOC, he played like an absolute donkey to.

The guy is a lot more successful than I am. Maybe he knows something I don't. And maybe it would be better for my game to try to figure out what it is rather than to criticize his game.

Means nothing. jamie gold is considered sucessful. And only thing he done was get incredibly lucky.
Pham is no-where near succesful player. he's got lucky couple of times but i ask u this have u seen him anywhere since?

if hes a donk ...doesnt mean hes not a professional...a professional poker play is who plays poker for a living and he does....donk is a whole new story...
