Favorite gambling book???

When I was about 10 years old I read "Jimmy the Greek"'s autobiography or memiors. I think that book alone got me interested in numbers and odds. I just googled Jimmy Snyder and pulled this statement about him. Does anyone remember him and this....

Anglicized his name to Jimmy "The Greek" Snyder. While Snyder may have given reasonable odds for sporting events at least some of the time, he gave 200 to 1 odds against George McGovern becoming the Democratic nominee for President in 1972. Snyder's career took an unfortunate dive on 16 January 1988, when he was fired by CBS after he aired his opinion that negro slaves were bred for strength, explaining their superior athletic ability: "The slave owner would breed this big Black with this big Black woman so he could have a big Black kid."

I think he used to give the point spreads for the games early sunday mornings on national Tv if I remember correctly.

I'll be happy if i have already read a gambling book. Can you give me a list of gambling books? I gonna buy this one as my personal gift to my self this Christmas. LOL.

only poker book i ever read was mike caros book of tells. not a very good book if your an online player, but it was decent. had alot of good information and alot of junk too. i like to read bluff, all-in, and poker pro magazines to get a good perspective from everybody and stay up to date on poker news.
