I came across a very good strategy site for Omaha. Covers Omaha High and Split Low, Ring and SNG, Pot Limit, Limit and No Limit. Has some excellent odds charts. no outside links of this type thank you- admin

I have recently started to dabble in Omaha. The game really makes you think, situation constantly changes. I was listening to a radio show when I first started to play and a pro was on (forget who) and he said a good basic rule to follow and do well is:
Never bet without the nuts, and never call without the nut draw.

Does that mean bluffing is generally a no-no in Omaha? ie. you must have a good hand in order to raise of call.

it's not necessary to have a good hand in omaha...

... you can try to bluff, when you feel that your opponent does NOT have a good hand.

(2 pair isn't as good as in Holdem)

In general links that lead to other sites with poker site links on them will be deleted. other sites will also be deleted depending on their content

As far as bluffing in Omaha, what I have found is that when playing H/L you can leverage a strong low hand to occasionally steal the entire pot.

really , have some good streaks sometimes at each. the thing i hate about hi/lo is there is not always a low hand,but still learning that game. o well lets play lol
