Reasons to fold AA preflop
I know folding AA preflop is very rare but I just wanted to see who can come up with the most likely and realistic situation where you thnk most people would fold the rockets preflop. If there is one

The only one i can come up with, and even then not sure i would ......
Being one off the money, and player calling you allin can take you out.
I hate being bubble, I think even then the payout would need to be high for me to fold them preflop. I know thats not the way to win a tourn just i hate bubble

Only if its a satelite tourney and you get the same win whatever position you finish in the payout places

If there are more than 4-5 players all in before you, the posibility to win the pot go down to about 50% or less so you may consider to fold AA expecially in a hand against with many loose players..But you've also got to think that it would be a great opportunity to increase your stack 4 or 5x...Folding in the bubble is reasonable but it must be a very strange situation, where you you are in the late positions and you think you can't get to the top places even with a double up but you're also pretty sure that you can make it to money with the remaining chips...
Personally i wouldn't fold in both situations

NO! You wouldn't fold it on the bubble. You are in MTTs to win, not to cash. Only in a satellite situation where you can fold and have a higher % of winning folding rather than being allin. For example if you have a higher than average chip stack and only 1 away from cashing/winning you consider yourself to have a 90% chance of winning the tournament, you wouldn't go allin against somebody who has you covered, even if you have AA. Because even if that opponent had JJ, you now have a 20% chance of being eliminated where if you fold you have only a 10% chance of being eliminated.

The only time to fold would be in the final stages of a sattilite(how many 't's' should there be) can't think of any other.

only time ive ever folded aa
i have only ever folded aa was in a wass torney.... in the bad old days some wass torneys had passwords that never changed and regestration opened a week befor the torney started so 50 to 60% of players were sitouts..... it was common that you could be sat a table full of sitouts .... or sometimes only 2 active players so you would agree with the active player to share the blinds and take it in turns to fold..... and on one occasion it was my turn to fold and i had to put aa down......
but having read the other posts .... i also can see the logic if 4 or 5 players have gone all in before you .....
