Attention Licensees, Affiliates and Players

March 31, 2008

Due to the failure of Dynamic Gaming Systems Inc (DGS) to properly fulfill the requirements under the Asset Purchase Agreement entered into with Cintaly Holding Corporation (CHC) on January 21st, 2008, we regret to inform the following:
1. All player balances on the DGS Network prior to January 21st, 2008 are now null and void.
2. All licensee agreements are now null and void.
3. All Affiliate agreements are now null and void.
4. All Player balances on the DGS Network that have been accumulated beginning January 21st, 2008 to present and going forward will be honored.
All licensees and affiliates need to contact corpaffairs@dynamicgamingsystems.com and sign new agreements with CHC.
This announcement comes as a great disappointment to the full management team here at CHC. DGS’s unwillingness to properly complete the Asset Purchase Agreement in a timely manner, as raised real concern over their true intentions and integrity and left us no choice but to take these dramatic steps.
In addition, during our due diligence we found that Top Speed Poker was in fact, a fully owned subsidiary of DGS. This information was purposely concealed from CHC during negotiations and the execution of the Agreement. DGS to date has declined to respond to our inquiries’ regarding this Site, the relationship in place with their player member and what appears to be a unique distribution of revenues amongst these players.
PLEASE NOTE, there has never been any transfer of player funds or Licensee/Affiliate moneys from DGS to CHC. All moneys paid into the former DGS management are still in their control and possession.

So DGS didn't give them any money so DGS is keeping all of ours. What I don't understand is that if all the agreements are null and void, why do they have the site, JunglePoker. What a good deal for them. They get the software and site(s) and it doesn't cost them a cent. They have only one problem no one is willing to promote them. Plus all the players that lost money there aren't going to take a chance on making another deposit.

I still have Jungle Poker had $250 in my account

What they did was put $25 in my account and $225 in bonus account.

You have to rake the bonus with points, however as nobody plays the site most I've seen is 2 players and no way to earn points. Also min withdrawal is $50 with a $15 charge
