Default THE COWBOYS

I consider kings the devils hand.i never win with kings and would like to see the percentage they win on games online.when u raise u'll always get called with a-k,a-q,a-j even a-10 suited.an ace comes ur toast.very rarely do i ever see them win .so my point of view is dont put too much in pot preflop.wait till after flopp.people with ace rag seem to not call big bet after flop.and hope and pray no ace comes on turn and river.

Default kings

You definitely want to push a pocket pair of kings hard. Your odds of winning go down with more players in, even if you have pocket aces. It's nice to have late action with a pair of kings or aces.

I try my best to remember that every two cards in texas holdem has a losing percentage. Until you can can make a royal flush with only two cards being dealt to you I am prepared to fold even pocket rockets ( they can propel your chip stack up or down just as easily ).

You have to wait for the nuts to hit you. I have been beaten with 2 3 os lately. People on line call with any thing.

So relax, enjoy and have fun. Will not help!

Be nice if it would.

Yup, no hand wins all the time. Even with AA, it's somewhere less than 80%. That said, it's pretty standard to be aggressive with KK depending on how much resistance you encounter and from what types of players. Especially pre-flop, when you want to discourage Ax-type hands from seeing the flop.

Default O Mighty Kings?

Id say most of you have it locked. I too have seen my Kings swallowed by a Pair of Aces. Alas, it still requires you to not only play them, but play them hard PreFlop. Problem is that if you dont play them hard, you let people in the mix that could get lucky and catch something ruining your day. Its all about Odds. More times than not, you will be the victor playing them hard. Any two cards is only 2 cards... you need 5 to make a hand. 2/7o can take down AA in any round. So, all pairs of cards dealt to you at any moment or round, are vulnerable to the board. Like someone pointed out AA on occasion loses. But because it wins far more than it loses and has the highest percentage win rate of any two cards, we smile when they are dealt to us, because we know, that most of the time, we are going to double up!
Kings should bring a smile to your face, they too have a higher win percentage than many others, just not as high as Aces. Play em hard and kick those lesser hands out, or you could find yourself out by a lucky river card.....
