but to say the forum was dead so i didnt post - you just need to read it again .

forums survive by people posting

if its about your bloody dog going to the vets or your misses having a tit job

just post any old crap cos when people come onto a forum and see " no new posts " they have no intention of hanging around

there are to many people on here that realy find it hard to post

why? - it takes minutes to post

fek me i post if the budgie next door farts .

im sure something exciting happens in your lives every day ...

You seem to be pissed off about the forum closing. I lost $150.

i think you are right about harry being pissed off so many seemed to be visiting his forum to reap the benefits of the initial games he ran......unfortunatly i dont think hes alone...every time i hear another new site has opened as a skin of a major site there are special introductory offers for new players......once the goodies dry up these new players become ghosts.....personally i have decided the sites i have will be the ones i play now.....im fed up being left with funds on several sites and the forums ive joined with dissappear to play elsewhere....i think sites would do better if they kept bonuses acheiveable for everyone....(not just the high rollers) ....and forgot about the quick catch when they try to attract new players...

I was fortunate as i chose on this occassion to transfer my funds merge to merge when EPP closed its doors...but ive lost funds on several sites in the past .....which sucks and im sure there should be some governing body who can deal with issues such as adams,eunices and steves.....i never took the time to try and seek them out myself thou...i hope you get your cash folks..

Thanks Alan, good post, as you said there must be some governing body out there who can help us, which was what i was asking in my post.
I cant see a site can just keep all your money and not answer emails. Just mine steve and Adams that 400 dolls, how much must they have.
If gone bust or what ever we should have a explanation at least.
We may never see our money, but i dont want to give up yet,
Im a honest person, i would never take what is not mine or what i have not earnt, and i dont like it done to me.
There has to be some laws broke here, sites can not just keep your money with out an explanation.
I intend to fight a little longer, but dont know how, can some one point me in the right direction, please.

i found it strange that cik was open for weeks after epp forum closed

and they were doing deposits and withdrawls - operating just like a normal site

then instantly closed

like i said i did trust harry at first as he completed all the merge transfers no problem

but i know he was pissed off and closing epp forum becuse no one bothered with the place anymore ( except the spammer in the chat box that he said was driving every1 away lol )

dont suppose any1 got buhuhs details ? i know a few of you were very freindly with him and he prob know how to get hold of harry

another option is contact merge as they will have his details - you will have to get that done legaly i assume due to data protection act and all that shit ...

I didn't have any money on there, smelled a rat straight away and moved mine straight to another merge site.

However, I don't know if it will help or not but I sent an email to ipoker on the behalf of forum members to see if there is anything they can do. If I get a reply I will let you know.

We have never been able to witdraw, whether site was running or not,
as our money was transfered and not deposited with nettler account. We told Harry this on day one of the change over and he said he would sort it, but never did. We can still open site and see our money, but when we try to withdraw wont except nettler account, with no reply from support, we cant withdraw.

im sure i suggested to every1 on epp to do as i done

i deposited min amount $20 onto cik the first day and withdrew a big chunk straight away as i do on all new sites i get money at

unfortunatly its been known for years that most sites wont let u withdraw unless you deposit first .

but i have to say i remember harry saying he would sort it out so you could withdraw and i assumed he had done it for u .. obviously not
