The Giants secured home field for the playoffs with an exciting overtime win over North Carolina Panthers in Overtime. Panthers had a chance although a slim one to win with a field game but conditions where really terrible with the wind factor. Passing was not an option Payton Manning passes where wild because of the wind so kudos for giving the ball in overtime to Brandon Jacobs. The guy looked like a souped up Diesel truck with a 40 yard burst and then ran for a touch down dragging almost the whole carolina team from 4 yards out. Always tough to repeat but the Giants made it more favorable with homefield advantage now.
