i need some opinions

ok please dotn respond if your only a freeroll player because that wont help me so i was in a tourni, it was about a 19 dollar buyin with 120 people top five get paid although hard to makethe money much bigger payouts which i like. ok so i was no tin good shape at the final table and i had around 15k compared to everyone else having over 25 to 40k . I got dealt ace king HH on the big blind. And the big blind took quite a bit from me. Two people each raises and the second raise was equal to me and i new that to call this meant iid be up against two people and the odds arent greast but i did in fact no and had the best hand but i decided to call. The guy had ace jack and another had king queen i lost but what i was wondering is that in some cases do u want to fold the best hand even when ur getting great potodds to triple up and u no ur way ahead should i push to or should i wait for nother hand to double up only anser if ur a real moeny player thanks

All I can say m8 is if I am waiting for a big 2 start cards to bet the rest of my money on and my stack was going fast I would bet on AK suited.

AK suited great hand to get your money in on for those odds, you unlucky to get beaten.

It depends on the prize structure, if the other two were all in, I might fold and hope to make another place up the money - but only if it was really worth it, coz AKh give you chance to win whole tourney if stand up.

If you wait, you could end up having to play any two ards at some point, better to get your chips in with premium hand and good value odds.

Well lets say both called .......AKh against 2 players.....mmmmmm you say......."up against two people and the odds arent greast " well i make it 49.83% you fave.... 1.93% a draw..... 48.24% you the dog.......... you got the edge..... but lets say the first guy folds so its just you and the reraise..... you 66.20% fave... 1.64% draw ....32.15% dog.......

you dont say that the others had suited cards so i gess they didnt....... Akh v AJos v KQos ..... well that pans out you win 56.68% v 20.49% v 22.82% .........mmmmmm i gess pre flop you were big fave.......

you play the odds ak suited smallest chip stack would depend on what the blinds where by that i mean was it 2,000-4,000 more or less was your back to the wall

i think what he means is those of the all in till out or rich mentality those unable to comprehend being beat, or having to lay down aces..

there are gems among the freerollers but because they r so rare. alot of people dont know they exist.
