Hey powermax chin up mate. It is obvious you and sumosan were close so I' ll say a prayer for you both. Sorry to hear about the problems within your family with the Big C. We all chat on the forumand we all have problems in our lives that we keep to ourselves, but sometimes a problem shared makes it a little easier to cope. I hope your and steves pain will ease but I am sure Sumosan will never be forgotten. She sure seemed to be a special lady and I wish I had known her better.

Power there is nothing wrong with men showing emotion,it is a testament to Sumosam the amount of posts from Men who we perceive to be agressive who have admitted to sheding tears about her passing.
I remember the first day that Sumosam came into chat, we were all bickering about something trivial as usual and gradually as her story emergeditput things intoperspective for me,Poker is just a game, its people who matter and if we helped ease the pain Sumo was suffering by being there for her then that to me is a small comfort. We are all sharing your hurt Power
Isnt it strange the way that we are all so upset about the death of someone we never even met, but that is the thing that gets under your skin about this community, it feels like we have lost one of the closest members of our family and it was a priviledge to have shared part of her life with her.

I didn't know she had cancer until she mentioned it in chat one day....it surprised me considering her general bright attitude in chat and in games.
If can't have been easy to live with, and it must have been amazingly strnghtening to have someone to share things with like you powermax, personally I wouldn't know quite what to say in the situation and I doubt many people would.
My dad died of cancer too, he left me a note when I cleared his things from the hospice that said I shoudn't be sad because he wasn't scared or in pain anymore.
That is hard to take, but it is true.
You should be proud to have been there when she needed a mate powermax.
I'm sure it meant a lot to her.
