What can I say mate. I'd had a couple of cans and saw the result. I thought wtf, wonder if I can beat the jocks to a post. And I did. Think one of them would of said something by now.

altho im not favouring one of the 2 teams (germany won 3-1 in a friendly against romania) - I was laughing my ass off how the goal was scored and how dumb and uninspired the french tried to break that scottish cement wall - was a really nice fight!

frenchies were pushing all the time and scotts gave them a real hard fight, one fast move and McFadden shot from maybe 25 meters, the french keeper Landreau really had it and let is slip through with one hand and boom, goal lol - think was almost the only real chance to score for scotland and it went through
afterwards france was pushing like hell but could not get through the tremendous defense, they had 14 corners or so and still no chance lol

Cracking win for the scots... after years living in the shadows of the english and irish footie teams... the scots have now got an excellent chance of qualifying from their group.. a few more good results and then they will definitely be on their way... now if only wales could follow scotlands example and manage to make their way to a world cup or european championships
