When I turn my Computer on in the morning, the first place I come to is the Wassonline forum. I was a slow starter when I first started posting at Wassonline. It was the old forum and I hated it, hated hated hated it so much and I think it took me almost 6 months to get to 50 posts. I finally managed to reach 50 posts after I was given a reason to do so. The BRL and the then Rookies were my reason. Dmoney asked me if I was interested in becoming a member of the team and the BRL. The team changed their name the month I joined them so I have always been a member of the GPT and boy what a great team they are.

My original reason for joining Wassonline was not for the BRL or to get a PW for a freeroll. It was so I could go to the Liverpool Live event in February 2007. I never in my wildest dreams thought I would get to meet so many fantastic people and have so much fun with over 70 people I had never met before but I did and I loved every single minute of it.

That weekend changed my life and the person I was and it made me realise I had to stop being scared of the outside world and I could leave my bedroom and actually start rebuilding my life. I had been a recluse for so long and I didn't think I would ever be anything other then what I had become....

I am now doing an open university course, have been to 3 live events and I go out a lot more then I used too. It is amazing that a group of people from an online forum can have such a positive impact and be so inspiring but that is exactly what you all are. A true inspiration to me.

I believe I have not only become a better person since joining Wassonline but a better poker player too. I know there is still plenty of room for improvement in both my game and in me as a person and I know that that improvement will continue thanks again to all of you here who inspire me so much.

Well here is to the next 12 months as a wasser
