Until I have individual meetings with all the Admins and Mods and a few members I know well... nothing changes here. Nothing. I want everyone reading this to know that Wass Online stands alone and the calendar will not change. Is Wass Online part of GFN? Yes and no. Yes, in the sense that members are welcome to join the GFN freerolls and money-added tournaments which will be posted and added to your calendar and we'll be posting bigger and better offers for poker and casino. No, in the sense that your calendar will not merge with GFN's and we won't be brining in new Admins/Mods with the exception of one person who will be assisting me to make sure that the current Admins/Mods get what they need and you get what you need. She will also be posting the offers, deals and GFN games. I'll make a formal announcement about that soon.

You all have my word that we'll take things slow, steady and will do things right. Those things that need immediate attention will get it and...

As for my WSOP bracelet I wasn't able to play a WSOP event this year due to exhaustion. Plopping down $1500 in cash when you know you can't play your best game is not an option for me. I'm hoping that this time next year a lot of you will join us in Vegas and turn our 60-player live tournament in to 100 or more. We'll be at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in the Hard Rock Poker Lounge. From what I read it all sounds ok to me for what I know about Wass. Keeping our mods and adm (great bunch of peeps), KEEPING the BRL. Changing Git (what! who said that)!

Git from what I can tell Marc ought to be able to address these concerns. If he is true to his word (and I have no reason to doubt it - at least not yet lol) he will let us know what is happening and sort out the things that aren't (hopefully that includes spongers etc).
