Ideas and Sugestions
Right to help WASS get back on its feet, maybe we the members have some ideas that could help.
No matter what the idea is, post it as it could just be what the ppl in puzzle palace (admins/mods) are looking for.
Please for the love of god, dont post asking for more addon/freebies were trying to get it back on its feet not bleed it dry.
I have been here from the start and like a good whinge as much as the next person but there comes a time when you have to stand up and be counted and this is the time.
Some come on ppl get the ideas in, i promise the best idea gets to give welshgit a good whiping with a claw hammer.(he has strange fetishes)

Don't know where I first heard of Wassonline just over a year ago, but I came to check it out. What got me to stick around was that it had just what I was looking for, interesting poker games at Euro-friendly times on weekday evenings.
Reading some of the drivel and banter in the posts was also very amusing sometimes.
Events. Love freerolls when/where I don't have a bankroll, but definitely prefer buyins where I do. A $6 buyin is not unreasonable, great when you win (a rare ocurrance for me). Myself, I'd be just as happy (prolly more so) with a $3 buyin, or even $1 or $2!
Anything over and above player's buyins is nice, but not necesssary!
Sites. Is there anybody who only plays one game at a time? Would like to see games at sites that do not demand a Cray supercomputer in order to multitask. Unfortunately Merge sites are very demanding. Tried last night to play two games simultaneously at Wass and it just didn't work. Kept timing out ... poop for me and no fun for the others at my table, i'm sure. The ipoker network sites are fine, can have several windows open with no problems. But there you have the problem of outsiders invading ...
Sites that do need so much computer to run the clients!
Posts, drrivel, banter and other nonsense. Seems a lotta peeps gone off their meds lately. Can members please give new management a chance to iron out a few wrinkles? Cut them a little slack ...
And block, mate, i'm on your side! I know you been catching a lot of flack past couple weeks especialy. But maybe you could step back for a minute and take a deep breath.
I only have one criticism about the whole matter. Don't know the new owner, Jon, from adam. Only thing I know about him is that he is consicuoussly silent! The mods here are taking all the heat and trying to respond. Maybe a word from the honcho himself would help make amends. A Q&A in the chatroom? (with a civil tone, of course)
Posts. More posts from the Git ... he makes me laff!

What about all BRL Captains explaining to their teams that unless they support other Wass games WassOnline and the BRL are going to fold. We must have more buyin players, end of story.
We have tried Kenny but I am now at a loss for suggestions on how to get them into games. I have firmly come to the conclusion that there are a lot of members who are only here for a free game in the BRL and Cake FR, and if we lose Cake, as we have been told, but yet to implimented, God help us all.
No matter what suggestions are made re the forums likes and dislikes it all boils down to supporting the buyin games. This has been made quite clear. Jon is here as a business man and without rake there is no money coming into support the forum games.
How do you convince 15 members to play a game to keep this place running?

how about a micro buyins,i know there not hugely profitable they are still a game none the less and gives the opportunity to build up a bankroll to play higher buyins,i wont (and cant) deposit anymore but find i can usually build it up like everyone else,.just an idea

This is out of the question for me! It is either BRL as it is now or nothing for me. (Because of existing life!) It is not that I want to be greedy, it is a nice idea, but who are going to check us?

they dont wanna play then they dont have to.. blackmail is forcing someone to do something they dont want to..
i think gits idea is genius.... but then again.... even the greatest idea now seems wasted..
the only way i can forcee wass surviving is to get rid of every free roller and have buy in exclusive games probably at a level that many here couldnt afford..
