As the title says.

What will it take to get people playing in the forum buyin games again on a regular basis?

In this thread post what it is that is either stopping you from playing the buyins or would encourage you to come back to play the buyins.

Please be reallistic.

I especially want to hear from the people who used to play on a regular basis but don't so much now.

Just so people know, the only reason I haven't been playing is time. I am extremely busy with uni stuff and working a few nights aweek doesn't help.

When we have a few suggestions I will peace together what I can. Then if people will play with those changes I will approach Jon and ask him if we can do it.

As there is nothing added in most games at WassPoker why do we need a min of 10 to take off? take that away and at least the games take off and less disappointment to members.

Have to agree.... example is last night 9 reged and because 10 min no game

At least if there wasent a number required those regulars who wanna play and try to get a game going most nights will get a game

I will begin playing in the games once I am able to start playing the freerolls and gather a bankroll. It's a good way for people to buy in and that will be my source.

How about trying something simplier..such as removing the pw for Mon and Tues. buy-ins...there are many players on WassPoker through merge and if they see a 2.20 WassForum game with no pw required they just may come aboard and play..and meet some of our members..if they enjoy it they may just sign up..could be a win win situation...just a thought.

did you not bother to read what the post was about?
it mentions buyins not freerolls, we dont do freerolls here

as for me ive been ill rather too much lately and this point in time i have no money, just had the estimate for the car £650 so it may be some time before im back playing

other than that i would play the games as i always did, never looked to see if there was anything added, that wasnt my concern, it was a game amongst friends i liked playing

The only issue I can see about removing the minimum players is that then if its a guaranteed prize pool/added money then there is no guarantee that Jon/Wass are gonna make anything out of it. They may run on a minus before the game even starts.

I think maybe introduce some Bounty games with Mods being the bounties...

Or some kinda tiered level mini tournament like when they done the 50K sats..

I do have some other ideas but need to think them through a bit more.

The main reason I aint played many is lack of bankroll due to not working. Hoping it will change in the near future.

I thought the mystery bounty game was fun. With bankroll being an issue for some (me included, I have been watching my dollars more carefully lately) you could offer small bounties on some people and some coupons as well (to save cash). We had a good time with it especially when someone had the tiniest amount on their head, made for a good laugh.

Offer a game where if they buy into it and play ~ top 3 win the buy in to another Wass Only game. That encourages folks to play the current game and helps fill seats in an upcoming one. (double banger)

And for me unfortunately living across the pond when your prime times games start I am leaving the office for the day so I miss a majority of them because I am driving in my car.
