Default double up sng

do you play double ups?
i see they are very popular lately and would like to see if anyone making money out of this.
i stopped playing sng's long time ago after i lost 11 games in a row at a merge site network, something that i found odd since its a 5 seat table and the first 3 win.
anyways rigged or not i got very angry with this and never played sng again.
But lately i keep thinking of it cause i see in some sites the 10 seat tables paying the first 5.
But i dont want to lose my bankroll again

sounds like you need to alter how you play sngs raather than the place being rigged.
As for the double or nothing games, i cashed in 12 on the trot a while back. i don't the double or nothing games as a good way of making money as you have to cash in 2/3 to make anything. even if you cash in 1 and don't in the next your says $1 down via fess if playing at a $5 level. plus there is not play in them at all as people just sit back wait for either a big hand or 5 people to drop out

I tried changing my game style but didnt work.
the outcome was the same.(im talking about sng's)
I understand that you have to win a few in a row in order to cover the loss of one game.
I think you were talking for a 10 seat table with 5 winning places.
The ones i was playing was 5 seats with 3 winning places.
The buy in was 2.50$ and fee 0.25$
I was doing pretty good when i started playing those but then...
Couldnt understand what was doing wrong.
And im not aggressive in sng's.i just go with the flow and wait most of the times

I don't care for the dbl up sitngos myself. They take to long and the play is boring. People are just sitting there waiting for monster hands or they fold. This equals a longer game them normal.
As for wether they are profitable. I would say yes, if you have the patience for them.

I hate double up sngs. I just can't win them, either I get blinded out of "donked" out. I am def not a fan of those.

Since it is not my kind of game I stay out of them.

But, this does not go everywhere. There is a place I see them as a "goldmine". I have won everyone I have played at that site.

I say, it all depends on klimate and players.

yes you are right. but the play for double ups work in this way. dont get involved in to many hands at the beginning and risk it at the end when the blinds are high.

but they are definatly profitable if you know how to play them. but its more work then fun. because you have to play a lot of them

I play a good few sng double ups. I have won a fair few games and only lost 1 so im doing ok. I think it has to be played different to normal sngs or tourneys but its nice to vary how you play. Ive found that there are some donks playing them but you just bide your time.

Its not some, its many donks that playing them and maybe that was the reason for my unbelievable strike of 11 losses in a row.

Time is not an issue i can wait a little much longer if im supposed to win.

Where is that goldmine fritz ?

I used to play the double up games and I have lot of patience.
But the play beat me in the end.
It was fun whilst it lasted.
Perhaps when I get my $1 million on PKR play money I will deposit and return.
