BAD BEATS? LUCK - Online Poker Forum and Casino Community

anyone else experiencing some terrible luck and awful beats in the last few days.. I have plenty to rant about.. i just lost a huge chunk of one of my bankrolls to the most rediculous unlucky bad beats. twice someone hit 2 outers on me to cripple me late in tourneys.. im still steaming from an awful set up flop. im holding 33 on big blind. 4 players limp i just check to go to flop. flop comes 33J.. obviously i check the action.. player pushes all in!! music to my ears.. i call he is holding JJ.. as the story goes.. he hits a miracle J on the river and ends my tourney life right there...

bad beat is a part of poker in every hand you play you must count with this

After i tell you the whole story you'll understand the title.
I played in a Live Tournament. I had A10 and i had position on my opponent. I always raised. Flop: K Q 3 Turn: 5 River: 8
I moved all in and he called. He caught me and i wanted to see what the hwll he had. He had AJ. I asked him why he called and it turned out that he thought he had straight. I blew up. How can these people play in a tournament?

bad beats can be happen in casinos but with very very low probability.if you have %70 chance after turn you usually win this hand at casinos.But at on line poker games bad beats usually happen.May be because of computer programs.

Well, actually I don't believe the story of the "not random" computer programs in online poker rooms, I've seen myself in many live tournaments on tv that bad beats happen there, too..Maybe less frequently but just because there are better players that manage to avoid them and because the number of played hands is smaller.

I remember a live pro game where a player was holding pocket K7 and the other TT. Flop came K7T and they both pushed it all in. Turn came 7, but wasn't still enough. River: 7 again, four of a kind against full house. Some hands later the player that had lost, since he had few chips left, went all in with 9s9h and got called with Ad Jd by the very same pl. he had just got bad beaten by. Flop came sthg like As 4d 6h, turn 5d so this guy needed only the 9c to win the hand (about 2%)..guess what came out on the river....

recently i was getting bad beat after bad beat then this weekend all my hands were holding strong and all the suckout kings were not getting there cards.i won a seat into the ake freeroll took 27th in the gold card game saturday for 48 bucks and pl 3rd in a tourney at ap im on a roll now.

I just won my first ever MMT tourney yesterday...lol, had a 15 bankroll before and won 70, I'll take it. Anyway, I am responsible for some of the bad beats...called an all in early and had to crack KK with AK suited...I rivered an A. Also, for the win I upended AQ(s) with A10(s)..FLUSH!!! (turn this time). Anyway, send me some hateful pm/replies, because I am sucking up all the luck right now.
