just to let anyone whos intrested, this casino as been recently improved and is one of the best casinos ive been to in the uk.own poker room, nightly poker tournys (freezeouts+ re-buys) live entertainment fri+sat. well worth a look if youre from the area.

Thanks for feedback on poker room, I live 10 minutes away and HAVE to go play a game there, maybe all the locals should meet and join one of the casino games, i'm sure Fudgie and Shaz would be up for this too!

I have been looking in to "Wass Sheffield live", no details yet but it is a distict possibilty in the near future.
I would need some feedback into numbers who would be interested in travelling to Sheffield to see what kind of deal i can arrange with the cardroom manager.

Half way to Way Way Way up North, not so bad , interesting Graham but is this suggestion for a friendly get together or our Sept Live Event venue? I so liked Stoke for Sept. Only time I can't come is June (Cuba).
So who's got a spare bed for me to lay my head (quietly alone) , I don't do sleeping bag on the floor with 15 others sry. But I don't wet the bed yet

Derek, this is not to replace Stoke in September mate as we ourselves enjoy it so much. It is an idea i have had for a while now and don't mind organizing the event. As we have Stoke this may not take off this year but never say never. Oh, and i'm sure there will be a real bed somewhere. Failing this, there are some real nice hotels very close and quite cheap too.
