Fifa, Poker and Chilling Out!! Dogma's Part 2 just incase you are all wondering :)

Well I have been asked to get my arse in gear and write up the 2nd part to the weekend so hear it is.

After waking up yet again at 8:30 (why does that happen when you go to bed at 4:30am and you wake up only 4 hours later) any way managed to get another 2 hours kip in my playboy bed, then got up. We all decided that instead of going to the meet and greet, we would all just have a relaxing day in the house. By relaxing this meant 4 player on the wii, so with sonic and mario at the olympics on the go the 100m sprint is the 1st event and arms going up and down as fast as possible and everyone being out of breath after it. I won in a sub 10sec finish. Then the long jump where I break the world record only for gary to go and bloody beat it, the git. After a few other events we decide to hit Fifa 08..... So we decide to play the FA cup tournie and see how far we can go in it, we also decided to prevent all hell breaking lose we would all play in the same team.... So with all excuses now in place and playing as liverpool for the 1st game we play against accrington...and we win!!! Cant remember who scored, only know it wasnt Steve (last2end)... more on that to come. So next round was against someone like luton and well... we cant score to save our lives and watching the chaos as 4 controlled players go in all directions except where the ball was, seeing the goalkeeper turning up on the halfway line etc etc, you could see we werent destined to go far. The funniest moment came from steve, who after suffering a mammoth goal drough, (he missed open nets, saw every shot he took either tamely roll into the keepers hands or miracle saved. Anyway when playing against arsenal and 1-0 up, steve made his mark in the goal stakes.....score was now 1-1, yep steve had scored alright, just scored own-goal. To make matters even worse he found the slide tackle button and consequently got sent off for flying in and knocking an arsenal player flying... (he maintains it was a dive) ...we ended up losing 2-1. After all the enjoyment of the day, we decided to call it quits and get ready for the night of poker ahead. So I decided to check the footie scores and was instantly when I found out that liverpool had played as well as we did in the Fifa game and lost 2-1 to barnsley. Anyways thats for another rant and now for poker.

Poker night - We arrived early and sure enough went straight to the bar. After regging and all that just chatted until I found out the tables. And boy what a starting table to my left mad4cards, to my right halfday. Also present where 2 of the people i really struggle against Chumley and Bat95. To top that off include some admin (yep SOME ADMIN to the mix) yep Doc and MrWass and MrBeale and the table was becoming quite a monster table. Deal time arrived and within 10 hands I had my chip stack upto 7K taking a decent stack from chumley when my AJ out kicked his A9 and also beating halfday with trips to his 2 pair. At the time mad4cards was dealing me some monster hands and it was paying of until MrBeale called an all in with A2 to hit his 2 on the turn against my AK, not happy but as was only down to 5K I could survive with ease for the time being. Fortunately after the break I was able to sneak chips of Bat and MrBeale to get my stack upto 9K. It wasnt long before players where heading out, chumley left and was replaced by another frigging admin, evilluck appeared, halfday was then replaced by scotlady, so the table just got harder and harder. Mad4cards was now in a chip black hole mood and was happily read me like a book and my chip stack was back down to 7K, evil decided that she wanted MrWass chips all to herself and sucked an A on the flop against his KK. Mad4cards not to be outdone wanted Doc's chips and in one upwomanship put doc all in with A3spades v doc's KK, she convienently dealt herself a flush and waved bye bye to doc too.
Who should arrive in their places.....normal members maybe..... not a hells chance....more admin please.... bring in tricks and while your at it bring in chip monster and mod barty please. Thankfully for my chips stack which was upto and hovering around the 10K mark now, the table was broken up and I got moved to a table including hami, willgx, babsone, wayne "EVIL STARE" and blueorchid to mention a few. For about 25 hands I got sweet feck all, was getting sick of 2 high. Chip stack was down to 5K and in my sb I get A6. I thought right there and then I was making my stand and when the lady on the button (sorry I cant remember the name) raised to 3K I was like crap I wanted to do that, but then went FECK IT ALL IN. FOLD. CALL... she turns over KQ...coin time. All the cards where low and I double my chip stack to over 11K. After a few eliminations barty and ivesy join the table and before I know it I am upto 22K, how the feck I done that I aint a clue, but I was now in chip lead. I had heard that a little norwegian lady was ripping the other table to shreds (lotte) and it made me a tad relieved that I was on this table. Now we are down to 11 people and I make my "shit a brick bluff". I look at my cards and with the chip lead I raise to 10K, everyone goes holy crap, what the fuck, easy decision fold. Everyone that is except willgx. For the next 5 mins willgx is torn between going all in or folding and making the final table, he looks and looks at me, I stare only at either my hands or the information screen. He then asks if he folds will I show, I respond with sure, I will even rabbit for you if you want, hami refuses that, but willgx shows AJ and I show....Q2. Yep I couldnt believe it either, but when the chip bully you got to bully. Two hands later and we are told that mad4cards is out and it is final table. I am on the final table with either the chip lead or really close to it with 30K.

Final table - The table where noone wanted to lose and go out. Never have I seen so many all ins survive and triple up, quadruple up etc. Willgx was unlucky and went out 10th, the with the bb only 2 places away I raise the 8K bb to 16K, everyone folds to the bb who goes all in. I call for the extra 6K leaving me with 2.5K left. I show A10, terry shows Ac7s, dealer being a right git deals him 4 cards to a flush crippling me on the river the bastard. I then say I am all in blind and sure enough terry calls again, terry shows A10 ironically and I turn over KK. Oh for the love of god why KK, KK tonight was not the cards to have as of the 8 times I had seen them being shown they had lost 7 times and sure enough I was out 9th and gutted when the A flopped out. Still anymoney is good money and I won a hoodie out of it too.

Other memories I will take from that night was freaking a few people out with my rat antics, during the presentation awards me and hami seemed to get into every photo in the background and just the great games that people played. After a draining night it was time to go home and back to bed.

Sunday - After waking up at 8:30 yet again, managed to get to sleep again and woke up around 10:30 ish. Today was the day to say bye to people with steve and anne-marie, buddiemad and tash, cille and lotte all making their own ways elsewhere. At 1pm ish it was insane house again as the whole wass family decended on the house again to pick up lotte and cille, vodka was passed and hopefully will be enjoyed. After saying bye to everyone, mr and mrs welshgit arrived and stayed for a good few hours and the banter was just great and funny as ever. Eventually they decided to hit the road (not before kev had a little kip - initiated by a towel over the head) Anyway wayne and hami arrived later on and more wii fun was had for a while. I decided to hit the vodka that I brought over and while watching tv we all just chatted into the small hours of monday morning. I had now moved beds and was top bunk with hami bottom bunk. Fell asleep around 2:30 ish and you guessed it was awake at 8:30......NO YOU WERE WRONG!!!!!... It was 6:30 this time round...with hami zzzzing and snoring... I decided to put my radio on and listen to radio 1 until 9:30. Up I got and after a shower I met gary and sue downstairs. Bag packed we were joined by Angie and her 2 kids and they where the sweetest kids, they were a bundle of fun the both of them. Anyway 12:10 came and it was time to go and get the train back to the airport. Hugs and thanks where said and halfway to the trains station gary's mobile rings....Hami's done it again, he has left his coat behind..... well would you expect anything less....lol.... anyway gary runs back get the coat and runs back up to us. We arrive at the station and within 5 mins the train is arriving. After much thanks and hand shakes I am back on the train to the airport and heading home. One flight later I am back home to celebrate my birthday by zzzing the rest of the day lol.

Buddiemad, Tash, Steve, Anne-Marie, Cille, Lotte and Hami - spending time with you's at gary and sue's was a joy to behold and it was a great barrel of laughs the whole time.
Chickster, MrBeale and Natsdad for the great 4 way in the sng on friday with shaz dealing was fantastic.
Everyone that I played against on saturday wher great for banter and skill playing esp barty who I always seemed to get stuck on the same table with lol.
Anyone who I didnt mention here and I know there are loads I just want to say thanks to you for making Wass Newcastle 08 a right blast.
