My lovely daughter Lotte got 6th place on the Saturday live event She was drunk as heck (not that I noticed lmao) but she manage to keep up some pokerface, and she did play any cards she wanted to and wow did she hit some lucky cards and shared some pots I for one was sure she would go out on. Proud of her for not letting any comments get to her and being able to maintaine her game as she saw fit.

i open the forum today and think, wow cille has been really busy and posted 4 long stories about the Newcastle event but naaaa she just posts the links to the slodeshows rofl

well there was also the most discussed hand of the weekend in here, just say nowt lol (it was 3 4 off ...)

She had some drinks and she had some fun ~ sounds like a great poker weekend. Nice that you guys can enjoy it together. My Mom and I enjoy casino trips and its wonderful.

Ive heard it forever and agree wholeheartedly, that it is better to be lucky than good. Im sure she is a good poker player, but luck can make up for what skill cannot produce, but skill IS limited by the cards that fall.
