Anyone familiar with Entropia Universe?

Anyone else that plays Entropia Universe? or so called Project Entropia back in the days.

Starkhov as-97 adjusted ( the weapon in this game ) is where my nickname comes from

I just actually heard about it the first time a couple weeks ago when the sale of the virtual place sold for an obscene amount of real money.

The article had a few pictures of the game and several people spoke of the difficulty involved. It looked pretty cool to me.

I don't actually know anyone that plays it. Was surprised having a houseful of kids that I never heard them mention it either.

Well , I stopped playing for a several years ago, but was thinking of coming back to PE. But the economy in the game is quite f*cked up right now. Everything is like super expensive. But its... its just something really fun to play, think of it as .. playing a MMO but with real cash, buying ammo for real money , weapons , houses , mining equipment , tailoring and so on.And these days it has a really cool engine for the graphics (cryengine same as for crysis)

I might actually start to play again....
