Team uk doesn't really work as happy is American. We could go with Team USUK, I think it has a reasonable ring to it when read as a sentence. But I'm open to suggestions.

The first 6 confirmed players will be the starting 6, if we are lucky enough to get a full team together, we can check availability week by week.
