After becoming disallusioned at the amount of bad beats, especialy on the river, at poker.com I finally gave a bad beat.

To set the scene, I was on the 5c/10c ring table, entered with max buy in of $10 to accompany fellow wasser mufc and some other doods. Was going stable with around 50c profit, when I was dealt poket kings, someone reraised me all in pre flop, i called, he turns over 5,6 os and catches two pair on the river (as fking usual). So theres my $10 gone. I bought back in and decided to try and win it back.

Now there were 5 players on the table, and I eventually took all of sum1's money, whilst sum other dood took the other two players' money, leaving just the two of us (me on $15, him on $32.

I was slowly gettin the better of him and turned it round so I had $26 and he had $21 when I was dealt rockets (first time in roughly 700 hands I may add!!). He raised my bb to 20c, so i reraised to $1. He called and the flop came 5, 8, 9 rainbow. I raised to 50c, he reraised to $1 so I pushed all in.

He turns over 6,7 catching the straight on the flop.

Turn came 9

River came A

LOLOLOL. Im proud of that one. I apologised but didnt really mean it because of the beat I had received a half hour earlier, and the best hand won in the end (who the f*k call a 10xbb raise with 6,7 os??)

Felt so good to be on the right end of a bad beat and has put me in good spirit b4 tonights poker.com tourny.

LETS GET IT ON

Well done flibbles, good to hear you've had a bit of luck on the good side mate.

I always type "good hit" now if I go in with best hand and lose. I figure that hold em is a 7 card game, so I try to forget about rivers. If your gonna lose it doesn't really matter which card beats you, and likewise when you win.

Ya thanx felt suprememly good, a pokering highlight

Your right block it is a seven card game, I dont mind losing a hand when I'm beat on the flop or turn even, sometimes even the river if the oponent has good outs, but over at river.com it seems 50% of the hands are decided on the river. Demaine suffered a horror bad beat a few days ago on poker.com and most people i speak to seem to always be on the receiving end of bad river beats at poker.com.

Anywayz, ive just looked at the hand history for a laugh, i might even set it as my background on desktop

Well done flibbles, good to see you gave someone a stuffing. I have lost count at the number of times I have gone in with only either the river or both river and turn to go, with the best hand by a mile and then the only card or two cards needed to beat me come out and leave me scratching my head, swear at the computer or go to the toilet in a huff
