Ultimate Bonus OFC freeroll 1k
On all the emails and OFC publications, it state's that players have to have played in all 3 buyins to play this game.............however on the 18th of Jan the game had 339 players, not sure how many when in the other 2 games, but as all 3 buyins count how can there be 380 players in it and counting????????????? HMMMMMMMM makes a bit of a mockery of it as it looks like they are letting ppl in that didn't play all 3

There is something pretty crap going on at Ultimate bet again. I played in all 3 games so that I could qualify for this freeroll and don't see why those that only played 1 got an invite.
You would think that a site that has been at the forefront of all the cheating alliegations over the past 12 months would be 100% getting its house in order by now.
But once again they have cheated those players who have played all 3 qualifying games out of a fair game as they have had to play against more players than they should of.
If you are gonna take this any further Katy keep us updated
Nick

I played all the three games before and got invtation to the bonus game but the reason I make this post is that I met at least three players who played curiously. They went allin without any thinking with craps and of course they hit the river always and donked the preflop nuts. So I think there is something wrong there.

I have sent the following E-mail to Ulimate bet security and cc'd it to support. See if anything comes of it
I would like to ask a couple of questions concerning the OFC $1000 Bonus Tournament (4658388) which was run on Jan 31st 2009 at 03:00pm.
To qualify for this tournament a player had to play all 3 of the OFC buy in events. There were 388 players registered for this tournament. The OFC Buy in game played on Jan 18th had 339 players registered for it.
As the freeroll was an invite only game without the need for a password only qualified players could take part in it.
If there was only 339 players in the Jan 18th game there is no way there should of been more than that number playing in the freeroll. In fact it is more likely that there would be less players playing than 339 as players from the Jan 18th game may not of been able to make the freeroll game due to other commitments.
I do not know the amount of players that registered for the other 2 buy in games but if there was more than 339 then 339 should be the maximum amount of players in the freeroll, if there was less than 339 then that makes the problem even worse.
I have seen posts on some poker forums where players have been sent invites to the freerooll even though they had only played one of the qualifying buy in games.
I am concerned that Ultimate Bet a site that has had problem over the last 12 months with the insider cheating allegations and the Phil Hellmuth pay out problem has now cheated a number of its customers once again out of a fair game by allowing non qualified players to participate in a closed freeroll.
At a basic level it is unfair that those players who legitimately qualified for the game have had to compete against a bigger field than they should of done for the prize money, it also raises up questions about who was allowed to play in the game who was not qualified? Was it any player who played in an OFC Buy In or are we talking about ultimate bet family and friends being allowed to play etc?
I hope that you will look into this matter for me and alley my concerns.

if it was at the forefront for 12 months for allegations of cheating why even bother playing there you know the saying once a cheat allways a cheat but i have to feel for all those that entered the 3 games to qualify for the freeroll if they are letting others play in the freeroll you have been cheated again. you all need to email them with your complaint good luck i hope things turn out for you all

I would like to point out that the main reason I play in these OFC events is to support the forum that I represent and not to support the site the games ar eat or the OFC.
If it is getting to the point where the players are being cheated ten I will obviously have to re-evaluate my participation in these events.

I would respectfully suggest Nick that you send a copy of your letter to Wolf as he is the OFC Organiser.
Bet you don't get a response.
