2 online players are caught cheating and admit to it within a span of three weeks.

Both are playing from home over the same IP as different user IDs in the same tournaments.

Both are very highly regarded Internet players. One is a master of the SNG, which if played with three accounts at once at the same table is pretty much robbery.

Both have money seized by Party, the site of the cheating, and both are removed from the site.

Both post on pocketfives.com and twoplustwo.com, and both give their position for why they cheated.

Amazingly a large number of posters on these sites post messages of support encouraging the rest of us to remember that these are great players who made mistakes. In some cases the 'everyone does it' excuse is given What does everyone think about these types of cheats?

I think the poker site they were playing did very well in removing them from the games. It is cheating no matter how you look at it, and should Always be banned. Whomever it is that is supporting this game play has obviosly not lost a decent chip stack or bank roll to the idiots that are playing this way. Just my opinion your all welcome to yours,

the trobel is you ban them if thay move or change internet providers there ip changes so its really qiute difficult to inforce i think if you get caguht cheating on a site thay should send some heaveys round to tie you up and kick you in thetaters (a few times) then smash your pc up and feed it to you then say next time we wont be so nice

Jeez i go on about password cheats if you read the posts on the two sites listed in dreilly's first post these guys are at it big style.

Into grandmaster cheats do little password swappers grow.
