I think the cheapleader - near the bubble - should play thight - becouse if he/she plays to loose agressive can loose all chips . So play thight or average - i mean limp.
to go all ins or call all ins : only with monster hands.
The most bullys lose their chips in the long run. They steal the blinds 3 or 4 times and then lose more than this in one hand.
I think its a good thig to play a little bit against the odds in this situation. F.e. your in the BB and a short stack goes all in with up to 3 BB. You can call this with ATC because if you win its more worth than only the chips (more money for you) and if you lose it wont really hurt you.

If that was me mate, I would of played tight just like everyone else, and played good hands and wait for someone to go on tilt.. take em out like a sniper
