I know this is going to sound silly but i assume too take part in this game you have to have CD points? if this is correct how do you accumalate them as i have only played on CD a few times?

NORMALY CD GIVES U 1 POINT WHEN U REGISTER M8
but you need to play some ring games to get more - quite easy to get as well

You sure about this ?
According to CD T&C page you earn 1 point when rake is $0.25 / $0.50 This mean to be involved in minimum $5 pot and you get only 1 points not 8.

Yes - 100% sure.
If you play a 0,10/0,20 ring table and are in with you SB of 0,10$ and fold it... If that hand evolves into a big pot (5$) - they take the required 0,50$ POTRAKE
- gives you 1 point.
Dont mix up that I also said that you get 15 points for playing a tournament with a buyin of 10 + 1$ RAKE or FEE.
- here it's the 1$ FEE that YOU pay directly that gives you the 15 points

Exactlly but when rake is $0.25 not $0.50 eg. $0.25 come from $5 pot & $0.50 from $10 pot. Pot has to get over $10 to score more points

Pot has to evolve into a minimum $5 in single hand. As you said even you fold your SB $0.10 and other players get pot to minimum $5 give you 1Pt.
