Wingows - biggest rip offs ever

This site truly is the biggest rip off poker site I have ever seen. I deposited $25 to play the OFC buyin. The day before in the freeroll I placed in the cash and won enough to pay for the buyin anyway.

After these games I decided I wasn't that keen on the site, software etc. so decided to draw my money out and put it somewhere else.

Everything went fine and it said withdrawal accepted. This is where the trouble started.

The money never arrived, so I went back to wingows. It was back in the wingows account. Off to support I went. Wingows rules say that I have to have 30 thats THIRTY points to withdraw.

I explained that the only money I was withdrawing was my money, no bonuses or anything else, they didn't care.

So I went off on my mission to earn 30 thats THIRTY points to withdraw MY money.

I reached my total last night and with the money I won in the OFC freeroll we were given I went to draw out my cash. Everything went fine and it said withdrawal accepted. This is where the trouble continued.

I got home from work today and the money wasn't in my account. I know it takes upto 24 hours so I went and checked wingows. It was back in there again. Off to support I go, slightly irate at this point.

I explained the situation and awaited his reply. he said:

"You have to earn 60 thats SIXTY points to be able to withdraw."

I said not a hope. I spoke to your colleague a couple of weeks ago and he said I had to earn 30 points. I have done that and I want my money. He said the rules changed (convenient) 2 weeks ago you now need 60 points. I told him no chance I am not doing that. You told me to earn 30 points and I did, there was no deadline put on it therefore I have done everything that you told me to do. NOW I WANT MY MONEY.

Eventually he went to finance and came back to me and said ok they will do it this time (very fucking kind of you - NOT). Go and make a withdrawal. So I did. Oops, more trouble.

I then recieved an email. now I have $46.05 in my account and was drawing out $40. I had kind of figured if wass was gonna play there I'll leave a couple of dollars just in case. The email said I could make the withdrawal but only if I left some money in the account (I was), but I had to leave $10.

Now this might be just me, but I don't see where they get off telling me how much of MY money I can have. Off to support again. I am now EXTREMELY PISSED OFF.

I told the guy I had been in touch earlier. Yes I know, we sent you an email. I told him that I was only willing to leave $6 in. After more arguing he finally told me to go and withdraw.

I don't know about you guys, but this is not the kind of hassle I expect when I want to draw my money out of a site.

I must say also at this point. I am not the kind of guy to keep quiet. If someone pisses me off I tell them. Whilst talking to support I said they were rip off merchants and cons and were trying to cheat me out of my money. I managed to do all this without swearing, (good job I had to type, cos I was swearing out loud).

My concerns at this point for wassers is this. If you win any money there and want to draw it out, you need to earn 60 points. The rake needs to be $1 in order to recieve 1 point. Unless you play on the higher cash tables it is going to take you ages to earn these points.

i been there and done it all the same as you ,,

an i must have been very lucky cos i went to the 1+ 2 dolloar tables ( think support put me on tilt lol )

and had my points in no time and was well up in dollars

withdrew double what i deposited ( withdrawl was quick as well )

and now play there quite regular now and still not deposited again ..

Wow that indeed sounds like the biggest rip off site ever. I totally agree with you block, I would be fuming too if I would have been you...actually just by reading your post I was getting pissed on wingows already lol. This is really the worst example of how to treat costumers. It's understandable that every poker site wants to earn as much money as possible but this can't be done by ripping off your own costumers, sooner or later everyone will notice and noone will play there anymore.

The biggest joke is that they want to tell YOU what you have to do with YOUR own money and how much you are allowed to cash out LOL...who they think they are? I also wouldn't be able to stay calm in your situation, I'm surprised you managed not to swear at them.

I also have wingows on my Pc and think about deleting it, because all I heard about it yet were just bad news & troubles with the service there. Furthermore the graphics suck too and there are surely a lot of better sites in the www. I also don't really understand why wass chooses exactly this site for their new freeroll.

Man that's crappy, I could understand it if they were trying to keep free or bonus money that wasn't deposited, but that sounds a hell of a lot like theft to me the way they do it.

Contracts usually have to be fair by law, and both sides need to agree to any changes....that is why the banks here in the UK are being hammered now for pissing around with customers money and unfair charges.

Thanks for the warning, I can do without crap like that and won't be bothering with this site now. I bet theylost a few potential depositors because of the way they acted just here in Wass.....not great business tactics really is it?

Good that you stood up for yourself too, some folk would just sit and take it (which is what they obviously want).

hi, I explained everytime I spoke to your support. I have NEVER recieved any bonuses from you. No $5, no instant deposit bonus. All I ever had and wanted was the moneyI deposited. All of this could of been avoided if your support just listened. I don't see why I should have over three weeks of stress with a site because of someone not doing there job properly.

Thanks for the apology but I still think wingows is a joke.
